SGH Group Performance Frameworks Workshop

From 16 to 18 September 2026, Real Hands-On delivered a three-day Performance Frameworks workshop for SGH Group (Saudi German Hospitals) in Cairo. The face-to-face in-house program brought cross-functional healthcare leaders together to work on performance measurement, KPI design, and the practical connection between strategy and day-to-day management.

Connecting strategy with measurable performance

Healthcare groups manage a wide range of clinical, operational, financial, and people priorities. The workshop focused on how leaders can translate those priorities into measures that support decisions rather than simply add more reporting. Participants worked through the logic of selecting meaningful KPIs, defining ownership, and using performance information in management reviews.

What the three days covered

The program moved from performance-framework fundamentals into practical application. Participants examined how objectives and KPIs connect, how measures should be defined and evidenced, and how review routines help keep strategy execution visible after the workshop ends.
